GWO training
AAK Safety is certified to offer the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Safety Training Standard (BST) modules. We have extensive experience in providing you with the necessary training for a safe working environment at heights.
According to the GWO standards
With us, you can take basic courses and refresher courses in working at heights, ergonomics, fire safety, and first aid according to the GWO standards. GWO is currently the standard that applies to anyone performing work in a Norwegian wind park.
Quality and competence
Our GWO courses are suitable for all individuals required to complete these courses according to the standard, whether they are service personnel or wind turbine technicians. For the part of the training related to working at heights, our own employees are trained in a dedicated training facility. For the other modules, we use experts from the fire department, physiotherapists, and paramedics. We prioritize quality and competence, which we ensure by involving these experts.
Our GWO courses are offered at our training center in Åndalsnes.
